The latest addition to the Radleys Reactor-Ready™ Pilot range – the new 50 L jacketed reaction vessel, will provide researchers and process development teams with greater flexibility when scaling up laboratory reactions.
Designed for process development, pilot and kilo laboratories, the Reactor-Ready Pilot platform now supports single jacketed vessels from 5 to 50 litres, allowing users to scale processes without changing to an entirely new reactor system. A single framework accommodates multiple vessel sizes, enabling laboratories to expand capacity while maintaining consistent operating procedures and equipment.
One of the key advantages of the Reactor-Ready Pilot system is its tool-free, interchangeable vessel design. Using Radleys’ patented quick-release vessel clamp and self-aligning stirrer coupling, reaction vessels can be exchanged in minutes, significantly reducing downtime between experiments and improving laboratory productivity. The platform also accepts leading brands of overhead stirrers and thermoregulators, making it easy to integrate into existing laboratory workflows.
With a thermofluid operating range of -70°C to +230°C, chemically resistant quick-release hose couplings, robust corrosion-resistant construction and optional AVA automation software for reactor control and data logging, the Reactor-Ready Pilot platform delivers the flexibility, precision and reliability required for demanding scale-up applications.
Whether you are progressing from laboratory-scale research or increasing the capacity of an existing process, the expanded Reactor-Ready Pilot range provides a practical and cost-effective solution for confident scale-up.
